Extended NEC portfolio offers PowerMOSFETs for wider range of applications

Dedicated NEC distributor, Sunrise Electronics has just announced a renewed focus on specialist PowerMOSFET solutions from NEC. NEC has made its name throughout Europe as a one-stop supplier of semiconductor components in the automotive, communication and consumer sectors. Now its extensive range of Power MOSFETs provides solutions for a wide range of applications.

Over the past 10 years, there’s been an-increasing demand for Power MOSFETs, which are superseding bipolar transistors. Indeed, the success of Power MOSFET, especially in switching and control functions, has been a driving force in the progress of advanced power electronics. NEC‘s extended range of solutions reflects state-of-the-art engineering expertise and a comprehensive insight into customers specific industries and applications.
