Area Sales Manager

The quality of our people has been an essential ingredient in our success. Are you the right person to join our Field Sales Team as an Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Requirements

  • You should be degree qualified in electronics or similar, have several years design experience (preferably including microcontrollers), be a good communicator and team player.
  • Sales experience is not required, but commercial awareness is important, as is the desire to further develop in this area

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with their designs
  • Managing projects to completion
  • Promoting the benefits of NEC products
  • Demonstrating design tools and training customers
  • Account management
  • Interfacing and influencing at all levels
  • Maintaining technical competence on latest products and tools

This is an opportunity to join a highly successful team of energetic and successful people. You will be expected to contribute to existing customers and designs as well as developing new opportunities.

Full training will be given, including regular training on the latest products and technologies with NEC in UK and Europe.

Salary around £35k plus car and expenses.

There is a profit sharing scheme and we even give shares after five years service
