At NEC LCD Technologies three core technologies underpin our advanced display solutions: wide viewing angle, high luminance SFT Technology; transflective NLT Technology; and Adaptive Design Technology that meets a variety of specialized needs.

NLT Technology
Simultaneously maximizes the high-ambient light visibility features of a reflective-type LCD and the low-ambient-light visibility features of a transmissive-type LCD providing bright, easy-to-see, and natural images.

SFT Technology
Enables ultra-wide viewing angle, high luminance, high response speed and brilliant colours for a better quality, better brightness, and higher quality picture from any angle.

Adaptive Design Technology
Ensures backward compatible designs with a commitment to long term technical support. Wide operating temperature ranges, high luminance and ultra wide viewing angles can now be produced in a compact design.
